By accessing or using our website, purchasing a course, booking a service, downloading materials, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Services and Digital Products

TriCore provides digital learning content (courses, microlearning modules, diagnostics, templates, downloads) and consulting/training services (including Manager Labs, culture-building programs, and L&D/OD support). Content may be updated or changed over time.

3. Accounts and Access

• You may need an account to access paid content.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

• Access is granted to the purchaser only and is not transferable unless TriCore explicitly allows it in writing (e.g., corporate licenses).

4. License and Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated, TriCore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal or internal business learning purposes.
You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly share content

• Upload our materials to public drives, groups, or platforms

• Remove branding/watermarks or claim our materials as your own

5. Corporate / Team Use

If you purchase for a team, you must follow the agreed licensing scope (number of learners, duration, access rules). Unauthorized sharing or exceeding seat limits may result in suspension until resolved.

6. Payments

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize payment. TriCore does not store full payment card details.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

• Digital products: Because digital content can be accessed immediately, refunds are generally not provided once access is granted, except where required by applicable law or approved by TriCore in writing.

• Live services: Cancellation/rescheduling terms (if applicable) will be stated in the specific offer, invoice, or booking page.

8. Educational Disclaimer (No Guaranteed Results)

We provide learning and advisory content based on professional experience and best practice. Results depend on application, context, and effort. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., revenue, retention, promotions).

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, course materials, templates, videos, and frameworks are owned by TriCore or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. User Content (If You Submit Anything)

If you submit feedback, assignments, comments, or files, you grant TriCore permission to use them to operate and improve the Platform. We will not publicly share your identifiable information without permission.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform unlawfully

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Platform

• Post harmful, abusive, or misleading content

• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse content, or violate licensing rules. No refund is owed where suspension/termination results from breach.

13. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Platform may link to third-party tools (e.g., Google Forms, YouTube, Stripe). TriCore is not responsible for their content or policies. Your use is subject to their terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriCore is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product/service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
