Message from the Founder & CEO

I started TriCore because I kept seeing the same pattern.

Companies were investing time and money in people initiatives, but the work was scattered, delayed and difficult to measure. Good ideas were launched, then buried under day to day operations.

My background includes working in HR Operations and not only in a consulting role. I have worked on attrition, salary alignment, L&D roadmaps and manpower planning while

supporting projects that had to keep moving, with real deadlines and site pressure. I know how hard it is to make change happen when resources, time and attention are limited.

This is why TriCore focuses on simple, project managed and data driven support. We look at your actual numbers and pain points, agree on what needs to change and then help you deliver that change in a structured way.
